He integrates a variety of specialities in his workouts such as boxing, weight training, strength training and more. I love that he not only challenges your body but your mindset too. He leads with heart and purpose. During the pandemic, we did zoom workouts and my body transformed like never before. It’s kept that muscle memory. I went further than I knew I could. I highly recommend.

I will say all of the trainers seem great, but I have only personally trained with Stephanie Alvarez. She offers classes and personal training options. I usually take her night classes. Different days focus on a different parts of the body (ex: Mondays are leg day, Wednesdays are upper body). I have become more confident with using heavier weights and perfecting my form. Beginner friendly, as well as challenging for more advanced members. I’ve also met some great ladies along the way! Definitely would recommend!
