It is family run and everyone is so friendly, professional, and always willing to help or answer questions. Everyday there is a different class that works different muscle groups, there is no planning a workout on my end and the coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive I felt like a part of the family after one class!! Which makes it a great place for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience! Although I’m moderately active I had no previous gym experience in my adult life Coach Tommy shows modifications for each move to make them easier or harder based on your ability. The exercises are 30 minutes which for a busy mom fits perfectly into my lifestyle and I always feel like I’ve gotten a good workout in afterwards.
