I love the 24-hour access because my work schedule varies quite a bit and I cannot always make it to the classes. Other times, I just feel like doing my own workout and it’s great having both options.The coaches are knowledgeable and professional and the other students at class are fun to be around. It’s a laid-back environment and so whether you are new/getting into shape (or like me in my 40’s where I’ve been working out since a teenager but have accumulated quite a few aches and pains through the years) or are a competitive athlete, it’s a hybrid where you still get a great workout either way because once the clock for the workouts starts, it’s as intense as you push yourself to make it.I highly recommend coming to check it out.

The variety in the prescribed workouts keeps it fun while challenging the entire body! Bryan is great about helping you to customize workouts for individual needs and abilities. Highly recommend this gym to all.Oh and also the cleanest gym ever!!!

You have someone there who can correct your form, has a workout plan ready when you get there, and can answer any questions you may have about the workout, but isn't constantly over your shoulder correcting every little thing about how you work out and standing there watching you do reps on their phone (like most trainers in most typical gyms do, *cough* LA Fitness *cough* *cough*).It also offer different programs depending on what your goals are, be it general fitness and strength training which works more of a CrossFit kind of workout, or more of the bodybuilding route with follow more of the typical strict lifting regiment.The owner is very personable and friendly, and has a wealth of knowledge on both fitness overall and nutrition from his background as a natural body builder. I'll never forget the day that I asked a question about how a supplement works and he went out to his car and got a book out with the exact page marked on how the supplement worked and explained the entire process of how it works AND sited the studies that supported what he was explaining to me.The Owner also put ZERO pressure on me to sign up until I was certain this was the gym I wanted to be a part of. Allowed me to come for about a week before HE would accept my readiness to join. A mentality that is FAR too rare to find.Overall, honestly my favorite Gym that I have ever been to. Honestly can't say enough good about the atmosphere and ownership this place has.
