Great little gym with plenty of equipment and it’s rarely crowded. Got in some great workouts. Very friendly and helpful staff
April 14 · D RGreat, clean Facility. Full gym with basketball court, lots of cardio machines, workout machines, free weights, Cross Fit stuff, TV's, great staff. I just wish they had a Spin Class. Staff is very helpful and will show you around to get you familiar with the place. Not sure what "fred gunk" is talking about, but it's not the Ambrose Fitness Center. Must be in reference to a different facility on the base. I recommend the gym to anyone in the area who is permitted on base and can use base facilities (Military ID Card Holders).
November 30 · Joshua GaughenRestrooms filled to the brim with feces. Camp leaders always yelling at the guests. Food was served in premade bags. Would not recommended.
August 22 · fred gunkGreat gym, has all the right stuff for a solid workout.
December 14 · Patricia Kelly- March 21 · Anthony McCormick
