The studio itself is gorgeous!!! calm, neutral tones that create the perfect atmosphere to simply focus on form and movement without distractions.Skylar has such a thoughtful teaching style. She notices the little things and helps adjust you if you miss a cue, which I find so helpful as it ensures I’m always in proper form. It makes me feel both supported and confident in my practice.My favorite part, though, is how she finishes class. At the end of her curated workouts, she gently reminds us to slow down, to bring our heads up slowly ,it feels like a sweet yoga inspired finish. It always leaves me grounded and present, with the satisfying reminder that I showed up for myself and completed another great workout.❤️❤️❤️Skylar truly has a gift for making people feel cared for, and I’m so grateful I found her classes!

The workout on the reformer was just the right amount challenging, but not overwhelming. I was thankful for this being that I have only done Pilates a couple times before. I will definitely be going back!

Maeve was my instructor and she was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. She went through all the different parts of the reformer before class began and then continued to use the terminology throughout the class, very straight forward. The space is gorgeous, extremely clean and perfectly designed. There are only 7 reformers so the classes are small and the instructor can pay plenty of attention to you. I also went to the grand opening event last week and I got to meet all the instructors, everyone is nice and welcoming. I cannot wait to take another class, I highly recommend!
