When it comes to choosing a gymnastics and cheerleading center in the Kentucky area, Five Star is a popular choice for a number of reasons. The most compelling evidence comes from the positive feedback of long-term customers. One parent, who has had their daughters in the cheer program for two years, stated, "Our second year with no complaints." This speaks volumes about the consistent quality of the programs and the satisfaction of the families who are part of the community. The variety of classes, from tots to competitive levels, is a major benefit, as it allows children to grow with the gym and continue their development over many years.
While a single negative review from a first-time visitor highlights a communication issue, the gym's commitment to its mission and its focus on older, more independent children seems to be a key factor in its overall success. The review notes that the "line up for older kids" is good, and it’s important for parents to understand the class structure to ensure a positive experience for their child. For families looking for a specialized cheer or gymnastics program with a strong track record and a focus on both skill development and teamwork, Five Star offers a comprehensive and well-regarded option. The positive reviews from happy customers over multiple years serve as a strong endorsement of the quality of the gym's programs and the positive environment it has created for its members. For anyone in the Erlanger area looking for a place where their child can learn, have fun, and thrive, Five Star is an excellent choice.

My Girls love the gym, and the cheer program! Our second year with no complaints.
December 11 · Trenna UtzI was disappointed at my kid's experience. We went to try out the facility as I believe my almost 4 year old would enjoy it. He was brought into the tumbling area with all the kids starting their class at that time. My understanding is they all warm up together and then split off into separate groups based on the class they are in. No instruction was given to my child. He was not directed where to go and what to not get on. Being only 3 his first instinct was to look through the window at me and wave. Then he stood there watching the more advanced classes practice. At this point the stretching had already started but he had no clue and no one bothered to point it out to him. I started pointing at the instructor which he didn't understanding being he can't hear me through the window. He went over the way I was pointing, out of my line of vision. He later told me climbed on a mat and that is the point the instructor acknowledged him only to get on to him and tell him to get off. He started crying at that point out of embarrassment as he got in trouble and is introverted so public scolding is humiliating for him and he had missed doing what the rest of the kids were doing. It was only then that a different instructor started talking to him and trying to calm him down but he was past the point of no return and she had to bring him out to me. He told me he was embarrassed because he didn't know what to do. We ended up leaving and he now has no desire to go back or try gymnastics. Something I think he will enjoy. I think all of this could have been avoided had someone, anyone told him what to do. Being as neither I, nor my husband, have done gymnastics we were not able to give him a heads up on what to expect. I think this is a good line up for older kids (the only reason I am giving two stars) but if you are going to have classes geared towards younger children then someone should be there to provide them with more instruction. Had he even been older I would of told him he should of known better but at his age, he needs more instruction than what was given. A bad experience all together in my opinion.
March 21 · Kimberley DonaldsonI started cheer there from the beginning. I cheered there for a soiled three years and not a second did I think that I wanted to quit. I had the best experience there of all time. I moved away too far to go there but everyday I beg to go back.
August 10 · Colleen Stahl5 stars for Five Star! I love this place. Joining this family is one of the best decisions I've ever made!
May 07 · Madison HaganFirst time there my granddaughter loved it. She loves to do gymnastics and I loved how the two girls worked with her.
