I have even competed in Deka competitions and stood on a podium for the first time in my life!What I love most about FitZone personal training is that there are like minded, goal oriented individuals who I train with and we have fun and challenge ourselves beyond our comfort zones. Also the workout is different ever.single.time, so you don't get bored. Stacy has helped with agility and balance which had really excelled my strength training workouts and subsequently slowed the aging process, IMO. My squats are better now than in my 20s, truly!Sometimes I can’t believe I can do a Decathlon that requires I do 30 steps up on a 24 inch step and carry 40 lb weights in each hand for 100 meters! I am in my 50s and feeling great about going into the next decade! Onward!

Now I look forward to my workouts with coach Stacy and feel very energetic and enthusiastic about a task I used to dread.. She motivates me to lift weights and perform skills, I never thought I was capable of achieving. My workouts are customized to the specific needs that I face as a middle-age woman. ( muscle toning and weight control.) I love the fact FitZone is not like a commercial gym. You don’t wait for equipment, it’s not crowded with people watchers, and Coach Stacy is right there beside me telling me what to do at all times. My workouts are incredibly fun because I never know what to expect. The routines and equipment she uses are very engaging and nothing like what I have ever done in a regular gym. Coach Stacy was able to customize a routine for me that I could stick with and actually produced results. I have been able to push myself athletically, and I am in better shape now than I was fifteen years ago. I love working with her. Her small group fitness classes are fantastic too. I've met so many like-minded people. It is worth the drive to take her classes, and the new gym is beautiful.
