Fitness Club for Women is the perfect gym for any aged women! There are several different exercise classes, my favorite are the spinning and yoga! The owners, Cheryl and Michelle, are always around to answer any questions I have and are warm and friendly. I have been using one of their personal trainers now for years- and she is absolutly fantastic- i have lost 20lbs and she still continues to push me every week! Highly recommended!
