The classes have made me feel the strongest I have ever been and the community has supported me through my transition into motherhood and beyond. The moms I met in this community are now my closest friends. This group of women is something special. I am now an instructor and I also manage the prenatal fitness program. It is the most rewarding job ever! I can't recommend trying a class enough!

It was a way to meet friends who were also pregnant. I didn't realize the community I was entering into. Those families are now our core network of support, and our kiddos are the same age.
