Tim is a great instructor - keeps everyone engaged and motivated. Each day is different - you CANNOT get bored with this workout!!! An added plus is I’ve made some great new friends!!! Member support each other- there is no judgment at all. I’m so thankful that I found FitLab and am so glad that I’ve kept going!! 5+ inches lost - I no longer look at the scale. I can’t say enough about this gym. I would tell anyone who is on the fence and thinking about going - you have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain.
