I love the trainers, Kensie and Johnny, they push you to your max and correct you when it is needed. Nick is also great and will answer all your questions! There is no getting bored with the same workout day in and day out. Your muscles are always being challenged. I am so glad they opened in Cranberry and look forward to a long relationship! Combine some short run and this amazing workout helps me to get Stronger, resistance and fit. I lost 9%body fat and still counting down . The coaches are great, very involved with our progress and health. The members are very friendly and No judgment at all! You will definitely see results physically and you will feel stronger by the week! Every workout will make you sweat and there are modifications for people who has injuries. This just isn't a gym, they know their clients by name and you really feel like a part of a team! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make a healthier life in the long haul!

Perfect for all levels of fitness because the trainers are there and help you modify where needed or push you to challenge yourself with heavier weights or harder positions. I am pretty shy meeting new people but working out in small groups is exactly what I need to keep myself going and hold myself accountable. LOVE THIS GYM. fun, fast and a really great workout EVERY TIME! TEAM FIT!!Old review: I joined about 8 months ago and it was the best decision I have ever made! I love the workouts and it is truly the best part if my day. The trainers are great and really care about your goals. I have made so many friends and it is so fun to workout now. This format really works for me. There is no way I would get all of these exercises done on my own in that amount of time. My body composition has changed completely and it feels great!

The classes are challenging, work the entire body, and are offered at many different times throughout the day which makes it very easy to attend. The trainers are very helpful, knowledgeable and motivating and do whatever they can to help you succeed regardless of your fitness level.
