From the moment I first walked in the door the trainers have been nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. The classes are tough but even as a beginner I don't feel defeated. I do my best and the trainers provide an alternative exercise if I can't complete the one there. All the other members are also so friendly and cheer everyone on. It was a great way for me to get back into training without a personal trainer or self motivation to get resistance training into my routine. I completed 5 classes during my 7 day trial and then signed up because I really enjoyed the classes.
