Most of the classes are taught by Alexis who seems to genuinely care. Whether setting up equipment in between sets or helping with form she does the small things that help the class run smoothly. Highly recommend!

The coachesChris S, Barry, Melanie, Mike and Alexis are all great to work with. If you go you will learn how to do a proper lunge in less than 10 weeks!

I travel around a lot so I visit a lot of F45s with the passport program -- this studio is one of the best I have visited and I'm proud to call it my home studio. All of the trainers motivate me to push myself to my limits. The group dynamics, the trainers, and the atmosphere encourage everyone to get stronger. No matter your fitness level, no matter who you are -- you will succeed here if you put in the effort.

His energy is so infectious, his playlists are always good, his attention to each members’ individual goals & needs, and his ability to create an amazing workout environment is top tier. I enjoy every single class with him. He’s a genuinely warm person that cares about members and always spends extra time going above and beyond making sure each class is high energy and all members are accommodated & challenged, even in a full class. Even just working out in class with him is a treat. He’s going to keep you laughing and always making it fun! 10/10 stars if I could rate Coach Barry! TAKE HIS CLASS!

Now I go at least 6 times a week, sometimes 7. My whole life is changed for the good, feeling strong, more energy, motivation to eat beetter and best of all is seeing the results. I guess I am now a "gym person" and anyone can do it! Great instruction and community that makes my 6:30AM routine worth the early wake up call! Thanks to ALL the instructors I am getting stronger and pushing myself in ways I did not know was possible. Give it a try, you will not be dissapointed.
