They offer a lot of classes during the day, with cardio and resistance training on alternate days.Usually it's 45 minutes but on weekends they do 1 hour ones (which are tough!! x:)One great thing about F45 is that the trainers pay attention to your form, so you're doing the exercises correctly and don't end up injuring yourself. It's really motivating and you'll work hard!Bring earplugs if you don't like v. loud music
