I’ve worked with all but one of the coaches, and each explain the workouts clearly without belaboring the point, as well as know how to read the attendees and provide appropriating coaching and/or motivation. I wasn’t opposed to group fitness classes, but none really “landed” for me. This is like having a personal trainer, but just with a few other people.Classes are easy to book, I usually just book the day before, so no need to plan so far in advance. Life changes up on you sometimes, so I appreciate the flexibility.Equipment is updated, plentiful, and clean. This absolutely revolutionized my workout routine and added much needed consistency. It’s great for people who want to workout, but not necessarily have to think about what specific exercises they want to do each time. You just show up, and focus on the workout 💪

The workouts are so much fun, and the 45 minute timing makes it easy to fit a workout into your day. Having a knowledgeable coach leading the workouts is so important, and that's what you get here. Coach Bill's knowledge of exercise and physiology gives me confidence that I am doing what I need to do. All of the coaches keep the tempo and mood fun!
