I especially enjoy the Maximus and Miami Nights workouts—they're never boring, and I barely even think about checking my watch.My mind gets a real break by focusing on the exercises, the fast pace, and the constant "pod" changes. The trainers are also very attentive—they correct your posture and suggest modifications when needed.

The lady at the front- Michelle, we encountered some issues with signing me up and I have been going to f45 for two years now. She just told me that I would have to pay 30 dollars and there was no way for me to try a class. I understand your policies, but I’m quite surprised on how you don’t want new people to try your gym and the customer service was pretty bad.I stopped by f45 at Willow Glen today and they helped me sign up and even mentioned that if it does not work today I could still try the class and someone would get in touch with me. I ended up getting a trial with them. Save yourself the time if you’re a new beginner and try the willow glen location!

I really appreciate how you can go at your own pace, so it works for people at all fitness levels.I’ll admit, it was a bit intimidating at first to figure out where to be and what to do, but everyone around me was so helpful and kind. The coaches and other members really make you feel supported, and you get the hang of it after just a few sessions.What really sets F45 apart for me is the sense of community. Working out alongside other motivated individuals is incredibly inspiring, and the energy in the room always pushes me to give my best. December 26 · Jen HIf you are looking for a place to get fit, through a series of effective workout in a short amount of time, led by superstar coaches, then look no further. Go to F45 Branham Park!The exercise:They have a very good balance between cardio days, strength days, and hybrid days. The exercise is challenging enough to push you out of your comfort zone, yet at the same time, it's very accommodating for people with various fitness level (the coaches can assist you with adjustments). The exercise is also very fun, and they so many different variations so you'll never feel bored or monotonous. They has helped me to lose weight, and also gain muscle strength!The coaches:They are all super stars. They are very experienced in multiple sport disciplines, so they are very knowledgeable, beyond just the exercises. The coaches are also very approachable. They know you by name, they know your fitness level, and they constantly push you and offer you suggestions on what to improve.The community:F45 BP feels like a family to me. We all get to know other members, the coaches, and the owner. We often do fun things together as well outside of the gym. We did a Spartan race together as a group, and it was a lot of fun. The group was very supportive, in pushing and helping one another to get to the finish line. I would definitely want to do more runs with this group! Also, we recently did a golf tournament together. And, we did many happy hours together. It's a wonderful and tight knit community.All in all, I strongly suggest that you check out F45 BP!
