★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love the sports message from Carina Law, her experience shows throughout the entire message as she intuitively can feel your pain points and the related areas that need addressing. Thank you for consistently providing the best service!
July 18 · Diane PetriniThis gym is extremely overcrowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find an available treadmill and other equipment. Additionally, the cycling room's air conditioning is not functional, which makes workouts unbearable, especially during the summer months.
March 27 · Olivia LozierIf you like paying $300 to wait for every machine. They oversold way too many memberships. I'm not sure what's the premium pricing for.Update: now it's crowded also at the lowest usage times. And machines are broken.Update 2: leg press broken for 1 week, meanwhile membership went up $14/mo
June 27 · F PNothing too unusual about this location other than the fact that it's spread out across 5 (?) floors. Standard array of machines, clean like the others, no issues with staff, etc. (Steam room is one of my favs, I think it looks cool lol)That said, it's not very well maintained when it comes to the actual equipment. Handles are falling apart, I thought there was brown vomit on the stretching mats but it turns out it's just worn away, sloppy paint touchups... Don't normally see things like this at Equinox.
June 06 · Joey SawyersLove this equinox! One of my favorites in the city. And Max from earthbar is such a delight! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Give this man a raise! Will definitely be coming back :)
