★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve had such a great experience here! Chuck Sims is a fantastic triathlon and climbing coach. I started training at Elemental Altitude back in July. I decided to train here because I’m climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in two weeks and I have never been exposed to a high altitude setting. Working with Chuck has made me feel so much more prepared for my hike. I can’t thank him enough!
September 11 · Jillian LesserI trained here in prep for 29029 Everesting Utah, a high altitude endurance event. As a first timer to endurance sport, the coaching guidance and support from coach Chuck was incredible. He designed a custom training plan working on both strength and endurance which pushed and conditioned me. He also provided advice on food and nutrition and provided incredible support during my event. Highly recommend this facility and Chuck as a coach. It’s really a joy to train here!
September 21 · Monique CrapperI did a sodium-content sweat test - and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and concerned about my own performance goals. We discussed the results and plans for race nutrition/hydration. They offer a ton of different services - I'm looking forward to visiting again.
September 21 · Alex FullerI am a huge fan of Elemental Altitude and Chuck's personalized training! It is because of my time there that I was able to successfully participate in a very challenging, higher than normal for me altitude, endurance event! I am going to continue my training there even though that event is over. Chuck is an extremely knowledgeable coach who demonstrates care and concern for his athletes!
September 21 · Cindy LarkinI recently trained for and successfully completed the Leadville 50, and could not have done it without Elemental Altitude! I didn't have time to leave the metro Atlanta area and get in training at altitude, but Elemental Altitude afforded me the opportunity to train and get accustomed to working out "at 10,000 feet". My schedule was a bit chaotic, and Chuck and Susie were super flexible with accommodating me, too!
