Unfortunately, the class on the second day was canceled because the coach couldn’t make it in. While those of us that showed up were a little bummed, we were not deterred. We improvised a workout and had an impromptu class in the parking lot. It says a lot about EastieFit that they have cultivated such a great group of folks that work together in such a positive way. Great Job!

If you’re a person looking to begin a fitness journey or want to learn more about weightlifting definitely recommend checking this place out. Everyone is super helpful and willing to listen to you. Classes are always fun even when the workouts look difficult.

I come mainly to the afternoon classes and Christian has been my main coach. He is very welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. He takes time during our workouts to make sure everybody is doing their best. He also makes sure everybody has proper form to minimise the risk of injuries. He also is very encouraging!! I am so glad I joined.
October 01 · Matteo KanemotoI joined EastieFit with a bit of trepidation. While I wanted a challenge and something different from a usual gym experience, I also knew what CrossFit entailed. Would I be able to keep up with the pace? Better yet, would I be able to keep up without wanting to lie down and take a long nap in the middle of a class?My worries were unfounded. I had a great time at EastieFit, and it was a great challenge — and because I could go at my own pace, I never felt like I was behind. I took classes mainly with Kevin and Christian. Both were awesome, and they took the time to help you. They were your biggest cheerleaders. The classes were smaller, which I enjoyed (maybe ten people), and everyone I met in the class was friendly and encouraging. There was a good mix of men and women of a range of ages in the classes. (They made this 49-year-old feel welcomed) I definitely recommend EastieFit for anyone who's looking for a CrossFit gym or just simply want to try a new challenge!
