★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I chose this yoga studio because it is around the corner from Play, Work or Dash. I have a young daughter, a husband that travels a lot for work and am working on a routine that includes more self-care. So this combination is amazing! (A place to drop my daughter so she can play, socialize w kiddos her age and do crafts while I pop around the corner and get some time for myself to reset, move my body and recenter my energy)The studio also has late morning and lunch time classes every day during the week which was really important to me. I’ve been slowly trying different classes and have been enjoying trying out all the different styles that are offered. I’ve really enjoyed the teachers as well. They just moved to a new studio that is gorgeous too! It feels more spacious and has beautiful light w all the windows and feels very serene! Thanks you!
October 15 · Danielle HennesBig studio. Knowledgeable teachers. Welcoming clients and staff. I was just in town for a few days and I love exploring yoga studios and this studio was a nice visit. I took a slow vinyasa flow and it was slow yet still kept a challenge and the instructor offered plenty of variations keeping in mind her varied students (injuries, experience, etc). I would recommend this for anyone looking for yoga who doesn’t want the hot yoga experience.
July 16 · Melissa FreesI took the prenatal yoga class which was a very relaxing and fun class. There were some great stretches and they were very accommodating to different levels of pregnancy. I met some really nice women and enjoyed the class. Dawn is very nice and responsive to questions and willing to help to accommodate any specific needs or requests. They are also great as far as helping out in the community.
July 24 · Adrienne BA victim of the pandemic, this business seems to be pay-to-view streaming only. (Zoom) I paid for a “drop-in” on their website, found as a result of a Google search. Nothing on the website indicated the class location. I went to their Apple Maps location and found a broom closet filled with service workers having a meeting.I tried to call but their phone number on Google and Apple Maps was not in service. Also, I haven’t received an answer to my email inquiry yet.Upon returning home, I found an email with a link to a Zoom meeting, broadcasting from a basement. No harm on them, but there’s a ton of YouTube channels doing the same thing for free.
March 20 · Philip SandifordI love the atmosphere of this yoga studio. Dawn and her instructors make sure each session is peaceful and serene. There are a wide variety of classes to choose from for all levels . You are guaranteed to leave here relaxed and refreshed.
