All shapes, sizes and fitness levels, all working to be their best and strongest. The amount of strength athletes that have come out of there is staggering.The focus on safety is significant, bracing drills preceded all training sessions. The coaches know how to correct form weather you are a novice or veteran. You will not find smith machines here, it’s all just weight waiting to be moved.

They are always ready to give you pointers, act as a spotter, and listen to your concerns about your health.

Stopped by here and despite having a large class going on, they made some room for me to get my work in, and showed me where all the equipment I needed was. Great gym for strongman! Lots of selection for implements.
