Who wouldn’t want to complete their daily workout in 30 minutes? Such an amazing experience full of high energy fun and support. So glad I joined....

After my first class, my mindset changed. I felt like I was a part of a team/family. The coaches are very positive which makes you want to keep coming back. They want you to succeed at your own pace. It may sound corny but one of my favorite parts of the boot camp is at the end class, we come together with a slow clap and put our hands in and say “FIT FAMILY”. With this said I would recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to any person, age, or size!

At 70 adapting to new/different exercise is a bit scary and not always easy but Iwas thrilled not to miss my FBBC sessions and your hospitality and ability to help me adapt as necessary was greatly appreciated. I got home just in time to go to FB online home classes due to the virus crisis and C.J., Megan, Nick & Rebecca are keeping us busy and motivated to keep to our goals.
