Currently taking personal training sessions with Jessica who is fun, kind, considerate of any injuries and helps me train hard!! Love it! Stephanie is awesome too! All the bootcamp trainers I've had classes with are great and they always push me more that I do by myself!!

She keeps the workouts fresh, incorporates something different into each one, and I enjoy coming every week and seeing results. Whether you come in for personal training, or a bootcamp class, all the workouts are fun, guided, motivating, and not once did I ever feel out of place when I first started coming to Dynamics. It truly has been a life changer!
