Since I travel a bit for work I need some flexibility in timing week to week and the small group classes schedule lets me get most on the benefit of a personal training like session with the flexibility of a class.I keep going because the classes are interesting / right level of challenge. the coaches do an impressive job of tailoring to each individual to meet you where are and track individual progress, and there is a fun. interesting and supportive community. My middle school daughter loves it too.Highly recommend Liza and her team, esp Jen and Mo!

The team was so kind in helping me prepare for birth and checking in with me/going on walks with me until I was cleared for exercise. Once I started up at the gym after baby, I looked forward to my personal training days so much because I could see the progress. Beyond the comprehensive workouts, I gained such a wonderful community of friends that made the postpartum days happy and less lonely, even when I was feeling my most exhausted and vulnerable. The team ensures fitness can be accessible to everyone; I was able to bring my baby to my personal training sessions so that I didn't miss a workout. Now that I have my strength back, I've transitioned into small group training and am so happy to have had a foundation to build upon in class. I am deeply grateful to the Duddy team and so happy to have found my home there.

I tried a few in the area and committed to Duddy Performance for several reasons. First and foremost, the coaches are incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. The gym feels like a fun, low-key clubhouse! Second, the small group workouts are carefully designed to build strength, flexibility, and power. Third, the coaches hold you accountable while celebrating every PR. I highly recommend Duddy Performance no matter your current fitness level!

The other night at volleyball someone actually told me how impressed they were at my jumping abilities! To be clear, jumping has never been a strength of mine on the court, but I can tell I’m stronger, faster, and apparently jumping higher. I credit Coach Mo and the DP team with that. Thank you for great routines and pushing us each week!
