Coaches are focused on helping you, not selling to you. Dragonfly members form a caring, supportive community. I've never encountered anyone there who made me feel inferior or judged me. The classes are designed to be as challenging as you need it to be, and not just geared for one level of fitness. Coaches work with you where you are at, and are happy to suggest modifications as you need. Since joining Dragonfly, I feel strong and confident in my body. My Dragonfly workouts are now an essential part of my week, and I can't imagine going back to my couch potato ways.This is an incredible feat that Renah, the owner of Dragonfly, has achieved and maintains. The coaches are fun, attentive and encouraging. You won't find a better group of members anywhere! We work hard and have a lot of fun along the way.
