★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Loved it! Nico takes his time to understand how you think and how to shape his training to your particular needs. I came in with a lot of training and powerlifting background and he did a beautiful job building off that during our Olympic lifting sessions. Also he’s just a super cool dude and all the other lifters create such a great community ❤️

Not only is his programming top-notch, but his attention to detail, coaching style, and encouragement is in a league of its own. Since working with Nico over the last 2 years, my lifts have gotten substantially stronger and more technically correct and I have continued to enjoy lifting and the strong community he fosters. I would recommend DC Barbell Club to absolutely anyone looking to getting stronger and have fun while they do it!!
