If you’re a world class athlete and just want more one on one..guess what coach Damian got you. To know I am working out along side world class athletes and I (busy working mother of 2)am able to keep up goes to show how Damian makes his classes so that everyone can get a good workout in even if our body types and goals are different. You will not be let down coming to Dayofit, he trains you for life, meaning the workouts you do will easily be applied in everyday tasks. He trains you to be fitter, faster, and stronger, he genuinely cares about his clients and their journey. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and once you sign up you become part of a family, you are not just a “gym member/client”. It’s either one day or day one..only you can decide but I’m here to let you know don’t pass this guy up, this gym is the absolute best! I started a year ago, 58 years old, bone on bone knees, 30 lbs over weight, etc. Started with Damian for personal training and it seemed like a pretty good fit. We discussed nutrition, things I could do at home, stretching, supplements, he really seemed to know what he was talking about. Continued about 3 months with small gains going only once a week (but working a couple extra days at home). Decided to jump in and take full advantage of everything they had to offer, Weight training, kickboxing, cardio and LOVE IT! Bernadette, Michaela, Heather and Rob are great and very good at what they do and the people I meet in the classes keep me motivated. I still do the personal day once a week which allows me to go over goals and alter my plan accordingly with Damian (or just use it as a recovery day to work out some kinks lol). I admit, it's not always easy, but it is kinda simple. Get in with trainers who know their stuff, in a friendly environment and get results. Lost the lbs., my knees feel better than they have in years , learning new things and having fun! Thank you all for everything! You guys ROCK!
September 21 · Robert KayFor the longest time, I could never commit to a weight loss regiment. Everything I tried never lasted more than a month or two. Motivation was my problem, and Dayo Fit was the solution! Coach Damian has helped me lose 22lbs and I'm now the healthiest I've been in my entire life! He'll help you through every exercise. Got a bad back? He can work with that! He's a very flexible teacher and will guide you through every step of your journey, no matter where you're starting. Class are fun and you will always be pushed to do your best. Like I said, if motivation is the issue, this place is the solution. Can't recommend this enough!
September 13 · John KCoach Damian and his team provide realistic, yet optimistic goals with a humanizing approach. I have been going to the gym for decades, but this is the first time I have ever experienced the amount of support from a gym. I have never been this strong and my clothes have never fit better. All within 4 months time. If you are painfully shy and easily intimidated by the gym experience, then Dayo Fit should be your new home away from home for physical (AND mental) fitness.
