Our philosophy is centered on building a strong and supportive community where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their experience level. This focus on bringing people together creates a unique and nurturing environment. The instructors are a key part of this magic, described as "inspiring and engaging," and instrumental in creating a "welcoming, community feel that keeps me coming back." This feeling of belonging is what sets Daya apart from more impersonal fitness studios. Our studio is designed to be a peaceful retreat from the urban bustle. The serene atmosphere, filled with natural light and lush plants, helps create a calm and grounding space. This environment is conducive to both focused individual practice and the shared energy of group classes. The variety of classes we offer ensures that you can find a style and intensity that perfectly matches your mood and goals, from dynamic flows to more restorative sessions. We are dedicated to providing a space where you can "tap in, move your body and practice yoga" in a way that feels authentic and beneficial to you.

August 12 · Tessa ButlerI love this studio because it offers such a great variety of classes. My favorites are Power Hour and Mat Pilates—they really push me to work harder. The instructors are inspiring and engaging, and they’ve created a welcoming, community feel that keeps me coming back.
April 14 · matea prljevicI found Daya two years ago and it was like coming home. Two expansive rooms -- one filled with light and plants, the other cosy and deep like a cave -- both with amazing acoustics and such beautiful energy! I especially love their Kundalini classes and the variety workshops every weekend! Definitely recommend stopping by for a class, you won't want to leave ;)
February 22 · Romany Rose PopeOptions of classes as welcoming to our practicing yoga. This place is really about building community and one can feel it with the welcoming staff and the caring instructors. The only feedback I have is that I wish they could enforce the no shoe policy in the studio more. So many times people walk in with their shoes and grab blankets and blocks across the room while many are getting ready for class.
January 14 · A CCozy and welcoming for practitioners of all levels, Daya Yoga Bushwick is breath of cool, spring air. Anna has several studios and I’ve been to both NYC locations. Bushwick standouts for me are the M-W Power Hour classes held over lunch.
