First of all, I got out of work late and called to see if I could either push back my scheduled time or be late. The staff was very informative and helpful about my choices since I booked through ClassPass. Additionally, after choosing to arrive late, the staff made it very easy as a first timer to feel comfortable. Coach Z helped create a flexible routine due to my tardiness. He was also so incredibly supportive and gave me great tips to make sure I was having proper form and wouldn’t hurt myself. This place felt so inclusive for first timers with the perfect balance of support and push to motivate through the challenging work out. And not to mention that the others in the class (one regular and another coach) were so kind and supportive as well. I will definitely be coming back.

The Coaches are encouraging and are helpful in modifying exercises to fit your level, the owner gives tips and suggestions about movements to help you while he's also training.

My husband and I can get an intense and challenging workout while our children are doing their own great workout at the same time! All of the coaches have been amazing!
