The workouts are always challenging, and beginners along with the advanced, the class sizes are great, the coaches help you with everything and are very encouraging. D1 also offers all types of things that help you meet your individual goals from changing workouts, many class time options, nutrition, body scans and they have partnerships with other local professionals that come to help members get to that next level. Very family friendly and often have family classes, bring a friend or drop in classes available.If you are even 1% interested you need to give it a try!

It was hard at first and a little intimidating, but they helped me get my confidence to keep coming back and seeing results is definitely addicting. If you’re looking for a great team of trainers and want to be surrounded by others who are also there to improve their self. This is the place.
February 20 · Edward “Eddie corona” J.D1 Anderson has an amazing team of dedicated staff and trainers who motivate and train the clients by meeting them at their level. Fun training sessions are done right by including the warm up, some cardio, strength and resistance training, core and conditioning workouts and a cool off. I became stronger, gained extra energy, lost some weight, and my mood has improved as well. For the first time in my life I don’t hate exercise. Highly recommend!
