If I could rate it 10 stars I would!Cully Strength is simply the best: 1) the coaches are 1st class. I learn new things from them every day. 2) The expertly curated training sessions are fantastic - always new and fresh each week and never the same workout repeated; 3) The flexibility and scheduling system is genius; and 4) The community: No egos or meatheads here, just great people who are committed to getting strong.

I loved the small classes, structured (but never boring) programs, individualized attention, accountability, and community feel. I have never been so strong than I was in the years I worked out with Joey.I had to take a long break from Cully Strength due to health issues that prevented me from weightlifting. I just started back up again a few months ago, and wow! The gym has really grown. It’s in a new location with two large gyms in one. Classes are bigger than they used to be but haven’t lost their community feel. He has several other coaches now, and they’re all great. And Joey is still there, really involved. I’m truly impressed with what he has built.Working out with Joey is the only workout routine I have ever been able to keep up with, and huge parts of that are due to feeling comfortable, feeling challenged, and seeing/feeling results. Thanks Joey!
