Aside from CRUNCH being a welcoming place with great staff and promoting a sense of community; Jillian Assad has literally changed my life for the better.As an older person, my goals were improved balance, coordination and building strength. After my initial personal training session with Jillian that was offered with membership, I decided to continue working with her and haven’t stopped since I joined in January.I am so sincere is saying, Jillian is a truly all-around amazing person. She makes everything fun even when it’s difficult. Jillian is so personable and supportive. She is strong yet gentle, intuitive and confidence boosting. Jillian instinctively knows when to challenge me and pushes me when she sees I can do better.Her knowledge allows for adapting various exercises and literally lends a supportive hand when she instinctively knows it is needed. Most importantly, Jillian is the perfect balance of knowledge, skill, and intuition whose delivery is super sweet, kind, and hilarious making every session make me want to come back for more.

The staff is very nice and accommodating in all circumstances- the clean team works extra hard in the morning hours and actually cares about the facility. I also want to highlight how great the trainer/ group instructor Jillian Assad is - she is very knowledgeable, on all aspects of training and is always willing to help guests. I recommend her as a trainer for all levels of fitness beginner to expert. In addition to her expertise, she also just generally brings a great, motivating energy which is contagious! You can tell she was made for this!!! Join crunch and train with Jill!!!

They have great classes and the staff are really nice specially my personal trainer JILLIAN she’s so nice, sweet and kind.
