July 20 · Amit AharoniEvery time I’m here I remember why I’d go to almost any other crunch in the city.Limited selection of machines and the music volume is so unnecessarily loud.I shouldn’t be able to hear it over my AirPods blasting in my ears.Also might be the only gym in North America that for some reason doesn’t have a smith machine.Honestly traveling out of my way to Ft Greene or even into the city is better than working out at this location.They’re lucky Harbor doesn’t have even decent shower/locker room facilities because if they did I’d never step foot in a crunch again.
May 02 · DomI really like this location-- the women's locker room is generally clean, it's usually not too packed (save for the first month or two each year) and desk staff are typically professional and nice. I don't need a gym full time, but it's a go to on Classpass.
July 10 · Kate MIf you’re currently looking for a gym to start your New Year’s resolutions this isn’t it. 3 out of 12 treadmills are currently broken. The tv channels are non existent unless you’re into watching spectrum news or PBS children’s shows. Twice I’ve seen and heard people taking work calls loudly while on the bikes. Look elsewhere for a gym. I know I will.02.16Two weeks later the same issues persist. I told the person at the front desk I wanted to cancel my membership l and she pointed me to a tablet to do it myself. Do not expect anything from this crunch location.
