Conveniently placed behind the West Orange Trail, CrossFit Trailside is not only private but the amenities surrounding it will have you appreciating the gym that much more. From the coaches, the facility itself, the most ideal location just off the trail (I can safely bike or run to the gym from my house which is awesome), having yoga and a run club included in the membership, and how encouraging and friendly the other members are as well, this is such a great place to take your fitness to the next level. I was always intimidated by the idea of CrossFit, but this gym definitely changed my mind and they’ve been nothing but supportive, authentic, and motivating. I’m able to do a lot at this gym that I can’t do anywhere else and I feel stronger and more capable than ever. If you’re looking for an awesome local spot to take your fitness up a few notches, you have to check them out.

I wasn't planning on working out at the grand opening, however, Coach Justin made sure that a workout happened before leaving. It was challenging, but so glad I experienced my first 12 minute workout at CrossFit Trailside. I will definitely be dropping in for class and so should all of you!

So I dropped in today to congratulate my friend & show some support at this brand new gym. Great location, clean & fun vibe & I had a really good time seeing familiar faces. There are some great coaches on staff & plenty of room to move comfortably. For those of you who love CrossFit but need AC this is gonna be your jam. I’ve personally worked out with Coach Justin Kouns in a previous gym & can vouch he’s a great, knowledgeable athlete who’s consistent & persistent in this sport. Very welcoming place. I hope I catch you trailside sometime. My favorite spot in their gym is their lifting platform; it’s got a mirror so you can see your technique and form while you life. It definitely helps!! Plus it’s great for lifting selfies
