The classes are as challenging as you make them but the focus on me has been proper form before heavy lifting. This being my first time in a CrossFit box, I have to say the instant coaching support and rapid progress from day 1 was exactly what I was looking for to take my already experienced workouts to the next stage. Each workout has a scaled portion which each coach goes over before each class so you can be assured there is something for everyone no matter your fitness level. Warmups are just enough to get you moving and prepared for the days workout and workouts will push you each class. Pricing is very flexible and fair which was greatly appreciated for someone with a busy schedule.As a guy who was a bit hesitant about CrossFit- Carmen, Matt, and Madeline made the gym and community feel incredibly inclusive for anyone with any type of initial concerns. I will absolutely drop by whenever I'm back in Buffalo.
