★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1CrossFit Reform has been my go-to gym for the past year, and I genuinely can’t imagine a better place to train. While working remotely, I always look forward to heading here after work—it’s my happy place to decompress, move, and connect with others. The community is what truly sets this gym apart. Everyone is incredibly supportive and non-judgmental, no matter your fitness level. The coaches are top-notch—professional, kind, and always willing to help. They do a great job of correcting form and accommodating any personal circumstances or limitations, which makes every workout feel safe and tailored. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Group classes never feel overcrowded, and there’s more than enough room and gear for everyone. One of my favorite parts of the week is Sundays—open gym time gives you the freedom and space to work on your own goals at your own pace.If you’re looking for a welcoming, motivating, and well-run gym, I can’t recommend CrossFit Reform enough.
June 06 · Leopoldo Udan Jr.Great crew, great owner, great members. I've always enjoyed the crossfit reform experience. I've come and gone 3 times. Now here to stay!OH MY QUAD!Team Blue 25'
March 06 · Roland E (Rolitheos)I have had many CrossFit and gym experiences, and none were very effective. I never seem to stay consistent at a mega gym because they are overcrowded, there is no instruction to maintain safety and effective form, and no accountability of needing to show up with purpose. I would just ride a machine for 20 minutes then waste my time waiting on line for some weight machines or look at people walking around pretending to exercise. Most of my time was standing around waiting, which is the opposite of what a gym is supposed to be.I have been a member of other CrossFit gyms in the past, but they had insufficient instruction, and sometimes the instructors had negative attitudes. I got minor injuries several times, felt defeated, didn't make measurable progress, and never really felt like I belonged. I was a member seeking help for my obesity and general physical fitness, but there was never any personal connection or service to help me become part of something to make the progress I showed up to get.I had heard of Crossfit Reform, but I didn't know much about them. I finally had enough of being unhappy with my physical condition and negative attitude, and I called and booked an intro appointment. They were very helpful. I was surprised that someone actually answered the phone at a CrossFit gym, and it was the manager Nicole. She could tell that I was seeking help, and knew how to make me feel comfortable and get me in without pressure. I booked an intro appointment so they could see my level of fitness and so I could check out the facility.Corey conducted my first session, and I loved it. He really was very specific with my form and breathing technique to be sure I didn't hurt myself as I hadn't exercised in quite a while. We made a plan for when I would attend class, and I became part of the CrossFit Reform family. He made sure I would stick with it and show up to class. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I just have to follow their system and the health benefits are automatic. The exercise is difficult, but they make it easy to exercise hard. You can't help but lose fat and increase muscle with their exercise plan, but you have to put in the work. You either do it, or you don't. This has resulted in numerous health improvements, including lowering my blood pressure, lowering my obesity, improving my Cholesterol, and vastly improving my sleep.Lifting more weight or running faster than you think you can has tremendous self-esteem benefits. Thinking that you are a champ leads to a successful and happy day.Perhaps the best part of my experience is the trainers. One reason why I have made such great progress in my health is that the trainers, namely Chelsey, Dennis, and Lauren, have really gotten to know me. They know about some physical limitations that I have, they modify my workouts when needed, and most of all, they know my personality and behavior. Each trainer has found ways to motivate me to keep going and to set realistic goals for that class. They also help me make a modification to the workout if I can't do something because of an injury I received years ago. They have a nutrition program if you want help from an expert working with you daily on your meals. Eating poorly can really restrict one's progress converting fat to muscle. I learned that I was eating only about 1/2 of the protein that I really needed to get stronger and trimmer. If you are looking for a gym that you actually want to exercise at, and that will work with the complexities many human beings have, this is the place for you. I am so grateful for the great facility, equipment, supportive classmates, instructors that keep me safe and motivated so I can keep coming back consistently, and the gym management. You can see pictures of the gym and some members on their Instagram and Facebook pages.
June 06 · MattThis gym is amazing! The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable. With plenty of class times to choose from, it’s easy to fit a workout into your day. Each class is different, keeping things fresh, exciting, and motivating. The community here is incredible—kind, dedicated, and fun to be around. I’m beyond grateful to have found CrossFit Reform!
March 07 · Michelle AshtonI’m new to CrossFit, and at first, I was a bit nervous about starting. But from day one, the coaches and community have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. The atmosphere is so encouraging, and it has really helped me build confidence in what I can do. Every workout pushes me, but I never feel alone because there’s always someone cheering me on. I’m so glad I took the leap, CrossFit Reform is amazing!
