Trust me when I say that if it was a good fit for my ability level, then you can find a home here! Coaches are VERY knowledgeable! Correct form and scaling appropriately are top priorities and coaches go over movements at the beginning of every class! It is also a very clean and friendly environment. I had some preconceived notions about CrossFit but after my first class I fell in love with the methodology and the incredible people at this gym.The coaching at CrossFit New Hope is extremely supportive and they adapt the workouts to accommodate all fitness levels and capabilities. The coaches are constantly monitoring the members during a class to ensure our safety. It’s practically like personalized training but with friends, a more engaging atmosphere, and more efficient workouts.This gym is unlike any other when it comes to cleanliness and equipment organization. Coach Marat has built an incredible space for the Dallas community and I can’t imagine my life without it!
August 18 · Lacey HullI couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’m pretty sure crossfit is changing my life. I’ve been going for 5 weeks now & i am truly in love. The coaches are INCREDIBLE. I was nervous going because i’ve never been a fitness person, but every class no matter who the coach is, they teach me, help me improve movements & scale as I need too to make sure I stay safe & uninjured while also getting the best workout. I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a new gym & way to work out!
