★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am new to CF and decided to take the "on-ramp" program at this gym to get started (2 X week 3 weeks fundamentals) . The coaches have be so wildly accommodating to my injury and I highly recommend not letting any issues stop you from coming in to give this gym a try.The coaches are very knowledgeable in the movements and possible modifications. After the ramp program they are still available every class to be able to help you work through modifications and also figuring out what weight to work with. Because the classes are so diverse, you are never doing the same thing which breaks up the monotony of the regular gym. Everyone I have met in the classes has been so extremely positive, helpful and encouraging.

Having hit the six month mark of CrossFit I can say that this has vastly improved my overall health both mentally and physically. I suffer from insomnia and overall stress and anxiety due to many factors. Though there is a lot of homework to do for a person to address their mental health, it is no secret exercising is a key piece to the puzzle.Coach Samy took the time to understand my goals, and where I was at from a physical perspective. Having never lifted a weight properly, Samy, Annie, and Kaitlyn took the specific time I needed to give me one on one training to properly lift and get the most out of my exercises. Not only were they encouraging, they understood where I can realistically push myself for the maximum output safely. The results has been that my insomnia has lessened, my confidence has sky rocketed, and I prioritize my health over habits that otherwise weaken the above.Aside from just lifting weights, this has been one of the most welcoming communities I have ever been apart of. Each member and coach takes the time to learn your needs, and helps you reach your goals. I am so happy with my decision to sign up to better my self and will happily continue.

December 27 · Kevin JacksonFantastic gym. I travel for work have to been to gyms around the country. Besides my own box, this has been my favorite. It's the perfect mix of the no excuses attitude, safety, instruction, and community. The class had a range of athletes and the coaches were quick, motivational and helped adapt movements to my needs. The drop in was worth every penny. This is why I keep coming back to CrossFit.

Just wasn’t for me.The coaches are phenomenal here! They take the time to show you the basics. For the first few weeks you’re one on one. Learning how to do things correctly.Here it’s such a welcoming community of people. Not judging but cheering you on.If you want to get stronger and healthier not have to worry about being judged. This is the place ! I actually look forward to CrossFit.
