I arrived at this location with no prior CrossFit experience but had no problem participating in the classes. All of the instructors take time to demonstrate the lifts with you to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared. I’ve found the group of regulars to be extremely welcoming and are very patient with new members. I would describe the classes as, you get out of it what you put into it. They are challenging and motivating. No class is identical. I’ve really enjoyed my time so far. Highly recommend!
