I love that every day is different and that the movements are adapted to everyone’s abilities and fitness levels. There are many classes offered each day to work for your schedule. It is a family friendly environment and Fort Monroe is a beautiful location.After a one month trial, I am totally committed to this as a life style change. They consider each person’s balance of exercise, rest, and nutrition. If you are on the fence about trying this, definitely come visit and give it a go. Showing up is the hardest part, from there they got you.
