The gym is attached to The Weight Room, which is great if you want to do some extra lifting after class. The atmosphere is welcoming and approachable, making it easy for people of all fitness levels to feel comfortable. One of the best parts is the on-site daycare, which makes it so convenient for parents. The community at CrossFit Fiend is like family! People of all ages train together and engage with each other, creating a supportive and motivating environment. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to offer guidance! Highly recommend!
March 20 · Jonah VasquezDefinitly helped keep me on track. The strongest parts of this program are three things.1) nutrition expansion. Worth the extra since it makes dieting significantly easier.2) the crossift is built over dynamic and limits focused workouts. You do what you can at your level and the workouts are rarely the same.3) the ones running it are genuinely invested. When I did the interview, the instructor felt human. I've felt confident to talk with and coordinate woth my instructor even when I was still a stranger.
July 29 · VrayAs a travel Physical Therapist I’ve been a part of a dozen CrossFit gyms over the years. I’ve come across some great gyms, but Fiend is the best so far. Not only is the community of people great and welcoming, the coaching is top notch. The education of movement, the tips, the knowledge, the emphasis on warm up and the overall programming of classes is world class. I know this isn’t something most people look at but with the background I have coming into CrossFit, it’s top tier and the coaches know what they are talking about. Highly recommend to all beginners and veterans of CrossFit.
