They are practically family now and it’s just been a few months. The coaches care - I mean, REALLY care. They’re an amazing support system as well as the members themselves. I admire all of their progress and would recommend this gym to anyone in Des Plaines and the surrounding areas!

The space is perfect for the gym too, big enough to hold class and even a semi private area when running is scheduled. If you are in the area and looking for a place to drop in, this is the spot! Scott, the owner is a nice to work with too; really friendly and helpful.
July 10 · Lisa JurCrossfit Des Plaines is a great gym! They offer both crossfit and hyrox workouts/ programming! The space is huge! I loved that they had 2 air runners and lots of ski ergs! Of course they are fully equipped with all the equipment you needed! The coach and community was awesome and the music was great! Highly recommend dropping in!! Thank you CF DP!

The trainers and other clients are all really nice and helpful. This gym has a great mix of age ranges and men and women which is a plus. In just 3 months I've seen incredible results and met some great people.
