The owner and coaches are approachable, energetic, fun and ready to give you tips and suggestions in your CrossFit journey. Getting to know other athletes might be a bit more challenging than other places but I like the many occasions throughout the year to do workouts, competitions and potlucks together 😃 Keep in mind though that you need a good preparation mentally and physically before you try out CrossFit. I decided to become stronger and more resilient, physically and mentally, at another place nearby for a year and a half before joining this cool place in the summer of 2022.

The warm up she led prepped us for the strength which got us ready for the Metcon!The gym space is well setup with rigs on each side with a walk way in the middle. They have a great community and highly recommend for anyone looking for a CrossFit in DC or just a place to drop in. I will definitely revisit the next time I’m in town.
