The gym is so welcoming to newcomers and they put form and basics above all else. All of the trainers are top notch and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with the movements. Additionally all of the members are the nicest people. I work from home and joined to meet new people in the community and also get back into shape. Cannot recommend enough!

The meeting is merely a conversation at the gym office that could take place virtually or over the phone. The cost is well above the quality of the gym; $185 for unlimited classes. I would have rather attend a class and then join but that was not the case. Maybe next time but for now I'll pass!!
April 03 · Derrick D BlassingameWord of caution: you’ll have 5 days to decide whether this is for you and if not you will be charged another month even if you cancel. In my case I struggled to schedule because of work and it took me more than 5 days to accomplish 3 visits. I was charged $365 in total for these 3 and told well you could have access for the remainder of the month. Useless obviously, if the reason for canceling is the scheduling. If they’d just accepted $182.50 for the three classes and welcomed me back when I could make the schedules worth it I would have been happy. But no, they want to claw out every penny with short term business thinking instead of generating goodwill. I’m sure they will throw the fine print back in my face but I think consumers have had enough of this and see right through it. The classes themselves are good, and it’s too bad they prefer to engage in such business practices. Lesson learned- find a gym that lets you give it a try before signing up.

I always show up confident I can handle whatever the workout is because the coaches will help me learn the movements. Highly recommend!
