Addict really has a great community of people of all ages and skill levels. Despite the fast paced classes, the coaches are great at breaking down scaling options and ensuring newcomers are comfortable. The facilities are always clean with plenty of space even when classes are busy. Couldn’t be more grateful for Addict, especially the 4:30 crew, for making my few months in Richmond so great!

It's a top-tier CrossFit experience with great workouts (available well before class in the Wodify app so you can review any lifts or exercises you haven't done in a while), knowledgeable coaches, and an inspiring community.

It is easy to get out of bed at 5:30 for a class. Not that easy, but I’m enjoying it a lot. It’s a great group of people. I expected no less in Richmond.
