I'm no stranger to hard work, but my metabolism is nothing like it was and I didn't feel good about my appearance. I'm not going to sugar coat this. CrossFit workouts exposed my strengths, weaknesses, and level of mobility to be inadequate. Crossfit 222 has great coaches who really help achieve goals and everyone has a great attitude. My strength, stamina, and mobility improves with each passing week. I feel better, look better, and am on my way to a healthier lifestyle because I put in the work. A lot of the exercises revolve around compound motion. It will test your limits, but it is an incredible feeling when you can do the things your body was built for.
