The studio's focus on structured, signature classes provides a predictable and effective workout every time. This consistency is a major draw for many members who appreciate knowing what to expect from their practice. The atmosphere is often described as high-energy and challenging, pushing participants to turn stress into sweat. This variety is what keeps members engaged and allows them to progress in their practice. The studio’s amenities, such as restrooms and Wi-Fi, are practical additions that enhance the overall experience. While some reviews may touch on the corporate nature of the business or individual instructor styles, many members find the consistent class structure and energetic atmosphere to be exactly what they are looking for in a workout. The ability to earn rewards, like a yoga mat for completing a certain number of classes, adds an element of motivation that many find appealing.
For those who are just starting out, the studio often offers promotions like a free week to new students, which is an excellent opportunity to try different classes and find a teacher that fits your personal style. This trial period is a low-risk way to experience the studio's offerings and community firsthand. The studio also offers online classes, providing flexibility for those who can't make it in person or prefer to work out from home. This hybrid model is a modern convenience that many appreciate, especially in a city where schedules can be unpredictable.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Baba is lying on the prize I won — a CorePower Yoga mat from UES. I earned it two years ago after hitting 27 C2 classes in just one month.
March 28 · Hanhan ZhangI went to this studio a few times circa 2022 and found it uninspired and impersonal, but could see why it might appeal to some. I decided to try it again recently and now I am convinced that corporatized yoga is a bad thing. The instructor not only seemed to be phoning it in, but used passive aggressive, exclusionary language like it was 1984. Between the careless attitude and run down studios, it’s clear that Corepower is too big to maintain any sort of consistent management or real culture. There are several independent studios nearby that invest in their staff and work to create a welcoming space. This is not one of them.
April 22 · Miki KawasakiGreat community class with Garrett! The space is conveniently close to my apartment and the check in was seamless! Only complaint is it’s a small space for lockers so everyone crowds around but that’s not a deal breaker!
February 09 · GoldieWhile I enjoyed my class and instructor, I was disappointed in the studio. On first impression, there was an odorous smell upon walking in. Additionally, I took a shower after class and there were little flies everywhere! The studio also watered down the body wash to the point that it was only water. Between the body wash and the flies, I did not feel clean after my shower before heading to work. While there is potential for a great studio, they need to put in more care into the amenities and cleanliness for me to want to return.
November 05 · Allison KayeHonestly, I had so much faith for this studio, especially since I had visited the ones in San Diego. But one of the staff members is just so completely rude. I didn’t get her name but she’s a brunette with green hazel colored contacts. I was joined with a friend and we were going to try out this class together and her attitude seriously made us cancel our class altogether. I’m not sure if she’s an instructor, but she was one of the ladies upfront. Will not be back due to this interaction. would not recommend.
