July 23 · Elena JakobssonI LOVED being a member of CorePower Yoga Southeast. I began hot yoga in November '24 then began amping up and attending the intensive Yoga Sculpt class Mon-Fri at 10:30. Each instructor has their own flow and approach, but the class itself has a regular (or semi-regular) set of ways to use body weight, actual weights, cardio and balance to really make a difference. I personally want to shout out Chenoa and Sandra, who made me feel especially welcome in my regular classes.I injured my metatarsal perhaps due to ramping myself up too quickly prior to a month long trip overseas, so I've stopped attending in person. That said, I'm availing myself to the online repertoire available to me like restorative yoga. I really miss the camaraderie of the instructors and other regular class attendees. Hopefully in a few months I can return!! In fact, my only compliant is being utterly unable to communicate directly with the staff at the studio. I wanted to let the instructors know it wasn't them, but I'd injured myself when I suddenly stopped attending, and being able to communicate with the studio would be a perk.I can't say enough about this studio, the warmth and support of the instructors and the ease to get there (I'm on the bus). I miss you all and really hope to get back later on this spring! 💖🙏💗
February 12 · Kristi LeeThe instructor was amazing! Amazing flow and direction. I'm fairly new to the Yoga practice and didn't know what all the move/postures/positions were called but didn't really need to because she placed herself in the room so I could hear and see what she was doing. It was probably the best Yoga class I have ever been to. Returning next Saturday and most likely ongoing. Thank you!
June 01 · Lance Havens (SkullSession)The facility is nice and conveniently located, but my visit to this location was highlighted by my awesome instructor (Marisol?) who ran a really challenging class that also managed to be newbie-friendly and educational. I chatted with her and got some excellent feedback for working on my balance, which has stubbornly refused to improve at the same rate as my core strength. Your first class is free - give it a shot!
December 30 · Gray ZabelInstructors are nice but there’s no parking. If you’re a little late, you will be locked out and no one at the counter to let you in. The number is also defunct. Facility is nice.
