It was 110° outside and the sculpt workouts are high intensity, cardio, weights, balance, and exercises And the instructor cranked up the heat to the point to where I had heat exhaustion. It made me sick for the entire rest of the day And I would’ve walked out, but at the beginning of class I was told that I wasn’t allowed to leave the room.
