★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1CorePower Yoga isn’t my go-to when I’m looking for a class that feels cozy, zen, or community-driven BUT if you want a hot, high-energy workout, especially Yoga Sculpt, it’s great. I’ve tried other formats here but prefer other studios for those. That said, I love Yoga Sculpt, especially with Miah. She’s welcoming, gives clear cues, plays great music, and always knows when to let in some fresh air. I just wish she were on the schedule more often! The studio is always clean and well-maintained. Just make sure to plan ahead as late arrivals aren’t allowed. Even if you’re a few minutes late, you won’t be let in. Arrive early or you’ll end up disappointed.
July 11 · Lily A.All of the instructors here are incredible! They create such welcoming spaces and even the community there is wonderful. Wide range of levels from the people that go so even at C2 I feel comfortable going as a relative beginner. Thanks for being such a great studio!
June 02 · Sofia GodoyMaya Ramde is the worst instructor here. She doesn't adjust you properly and her music is explicit and is very uncomfortable. Why are all the instructors here so poorly trained?
March 23 · Mason AMy first class was great! I'm still pretty new yoga, and this really added an extra punch to the practice. It really had me working and sweating, it felt great. Anju was great, and made you feel really welcomed throughout the practice. Will definitely be back!
August 16 · Pad KaneThis place exhibits a pretty cool vibe. Outdoor mats for practicing yoga are a plus amidst the COVID-19 pandemic
